In the morning workshop, Paul Marsden talks about stress and how it affects us. He gives practical tips and techniques to reduce stress on a daily basis.
In the afternoon session, Professor Ivor Browne discusses his own understanding of stress, and shares some of his most useful stress reduction techniques during the first hour.
Then, for 2 hours Ivor will be glad to answer questions about any aspect of mental health. He will also be signing copies of his books.
Ivor Browne is now in his late 80s and has a lifetime of experience to share with us. He has devoted all his working life to helping people to overcome mental health problems.
